Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy explains how TinyTable processes, ships, tracks, and delivers orders placed through tinytable.space.
1. Free Worldwide Shipping
TinyTable provides free standard shipping worldwide on eligible orders.
There is no minimum purchase requirement unless otherwise stated during a specific promotion or at checkout.
Free shipping applies to standard delivery. Optional expedited shipping, premium delivery, remote-area services, customs brokerage, or other special services may involve additional charges where available.
2. Order Processing
Orders are normally processed after payment has been authorized and order information has been verified.
Processing may take approximately 1–3 business days.
Processing times may be longer during:
- Weekends;
- Public holidays;
- Product launches;
- Promotional events;
- High-volume shopping periods;
- Inventory checks;
- Payment reviews;
- Address verification;
- Unexpected operational disruptions.
Business days generally exclude weekends and public holidays.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Our estimated delivery timeframe is generally:
7–10 days after shipment
This timeframe is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.
Delivery may take longer because of:
- Customs inspections;
- Local import procedures;
- Carrier delays;
- Severe weather;
- Remote destinations;
- Incorrect addresses;
- Public holidays;
- Transportation disruptions;
- High seasonal demand;
- Events outside our reasonable control.
4. International Shipping
We ship to customers worldwide, subject to service availability and legal restrictions.
Some destinations may be temporarily unavailable because of:
- Carrier limitations;
- Import restrictions;
- Sanctions or trade restrictions;
- Security concerns;
- Local service disruptions;
- Restrictions affecting baby products or food-contact products.
If we cannot ship to the address provided, we will contact the customer and may cancel and refund the order.
5. Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, value-added tax, or other government charges.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price and are the customer’s responsibility.
TinyTable does not control customs charges and cannot guarantee whether they will apply.
Customers are responsible for complying with import rules in their destination country.
6. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
When tracking is available, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number or tracking link.
Tracking information may take several business days to become active after shipment.
In some destinations, tracking updates may be limited or delayed while the parcel transfers between international and local carriers.
7. Multiple Shipments
Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately.
Customers may therefore receive:
- More than one package;
- Different tracking numbers;
- Packages arriving on different dates.
There is no additional standard shipping charge for split shipments.
8. Address Accuracy
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
Before submitting an order, please confirm:
- Recipient name;
- Street address;
- Apartment or unit number;
- City;
- Province or state;
- Postal or ZIP code;
- Country;
- Telephone number.
TinyTable is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated customer information.
9. Address Changes
Address changes may be possible only before an order enters fulfillment.
Contact support@tinytable.space immediately with your order number and corrected address.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after the order has been submitted.
Once a parcel is shipped, the carrier may be unable to redirect it.
10. Delivery Attempts
Shipping carriers may:
- Leave the parcel in a safe location;
- Deliver it to a mailbox;
- Deliver it to a reception desk;
- Request a signature;
- Leave a delivery notice;
- Send the parcel to a local pickup point.
Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking information and collecting parcels within the carrier’s required timeframe.
11. Delayed Orders
A delay does not automatically mean a parcel is lost.
Customers should first check:
- Tracking updates;
- The delivery address;
- Nearby safe locations;
- Mailboxes or parcel lockers;
- Building reception;
- Household members or neighbors;
- Local carrier notices.
If an order is significantly delayed, contact us at support@tinytable.space.
12. Lost Packages
A parcel may be considered lost only after the carrier’s investigation or the applicable waiting period has been completed.
If a parcel appears lost, contact us with:
- Your order number;
- Tracking number;
- Delivery address;
- Relevant carrier communication.
Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or other appropriate remedy.
13. Packages Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot find the package:
- Check the delivery location carefully;
- Ask household members;
- Check with neighbors or building staff;
- Wait up to 48 hours, as some carriers update tracking early;
- Contact the local carrier;
- Contact TinyTable if the package remains missing.
Claims involving delivered packages will be reviewed individually.
14. Damaged Packages
Please photograph the outer packaging, shipping label, internal packaging, and damaged product before discarding anything.
Contact us promptly at support@tinytable.space with your order number and photographs.
We may arrange a replacement, refund, or another appropriate solution.
15. Unclaimed or Refused Packages
Packages returned because they were refused, unclaimed, or not collected may require additional handling.
Where the customer caused the delivery failure, reshipping fees or other reasonable charges may apply.
If the failure resulted from our error or carrier error, we will provide an appropriate remedy.
16. Shipping Restrictions
We may decline or cancel delivery to:
- Restricted regions;
- Freight-forwarding addresses;
- Invalid addresses;
- Locations not supported by our carriers;
- Addresses associated with suspected fraud;
- Jurisdictions where shipment would violate applicable law.
17. Force Majeure
TinyTable is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, strikes, epidemics, government actions, carrier failures, or major transportation interruptions.
